Villa Artemis -Luxurious countryside villa

The space Villa Artemis is a newly built three bedroom country property, situated in some 2 acres of unspoilt natural environment. The lower level of the villa has a table tennis area and an 8m long private pool. A short flight of steps leads up to the main entrance, which in turn opens out into a lovely well furnished lounge/dining room and open plan kitchen. The lounge has a feature fireplace, satellite TV, a DVD and aPlay station 3. The patio doors open out onto the front terrace and pool area. On this level there is also a shower room with hydro massage shower. Next to this is the first air-conditioned bedroom and a shower with WC en-suite. A marble staircase leads up to the first floor and two further bedrooms. Both bedrooms have got terraces overlooking the pool, gardens and the bay of Rethymnon in the distance. On this floor there is also a large bathroom. On the ground floor there is a newly built fitness room where our guests can exercise themselves. Next to the pool and the barbecue there is ample space to dine al-fresco. Local shops are 1km away from the village of Prines. A car is essential. Some interesting sights close to Rethymno are the monasteries of Arkadi and Preveli, Plakias, Lake Kournas, the natural springs of Argiroupolis, Episkopi and Georgioupolis beaches for beach lovers.
