Unit B is a two-bedroom, one bath stand-alone with an outdoor kitchen. It is a new addition to the back of a remodelled 70yr old cabin that is located in the heart of a beautiful community with plenty of shopping, outdoor recreation & restaurants within walking distance. There is plenty of parking for trucks and trailers. We are close to parks, fishing, hiking & shopping. Pinedale is also proud of the amazing views of the Windriver Mountains and our abundance of wildlife. Permit #2023-64 This is a 2 bedroom, 1 bath unit. During summer months, we tend to be rented out almost every day. We provide the basic amenities to make your trip easier including a convenient location, a microwave, coffee maker, toaster. Outside patio has a full size refrigerator and a 2 burner propane stove top. There is a tv in the queen bedroom and we provide WiFi. There is no cable TV viewing. Guests must have their own TV provider. There are extra blankets each bedroom closet. Parking is available directly in front of the property. The guest will receive a door code for the digital lock prior to check in. The code is changed on each guest visit. Once you have been accepted as our guest, we will send you a message through Airbnb confirming and welcoming your stay with us. On the morning of check-in you will receive a message with your assigned key code for the digital lock that will allow you access into Unit B only. Each unit is assigned individual key codes. We are available 24/7 to help with all your questions. The fastest way to contact Tammy is through Airbnb. Pinedale is a small community that loves outdoor activities weather it be summer or winter. I am in the "commercial" area- with mixed use. To the west of us is residential, and to the east is our Main St. named Pine St. with the Chamber of Commerce, Mountain Man Museum, restaurants, bars, and shopping in walking distance. To the north are government bldg. and last, to the south is an alley way for additional parking for large groups for our guests. Evenings are very quiet and people keep to themselves. We are located directly across from the fire department and government buildings- - it tends to be very quiet, but occasionally the fire department has drills and can be somewhat noisy for a very brief time. This only happens a few times a year so the odds of the fire department drills disturbance to our guest is very minimal. In the early evenings you might get lucky and see our local moose that regularly come to the court house to munch on the grass. We ask that you please do not approach them and give them space because they are wild animals and unpredictable. Also, please be respectful of owner/guests in other units. There is a fire door between Unit A/B and a shared common area in the back. If we grant an exception and allow a pet- please do not leave pets alone-- it makes access and repairs difficult if not impossible. Pinedale us a cute country town with my house in a central location. For the most part, you can walk to the Chamber of Commerce, restaurants, bars and shops. The library is less than a block away and we have a recreation center, Pinedale Aquatic Center-- (fees are $5.00) that offers a children’s activity wadding pool, a 50M swimming pool, climbing wall, gym, and courts. I suggest you contact them for activity schedule before you visit. In addition there are some great city parks within walking distance. All other places-- the lakes, mountains, backcountry are 15-60 minute drive. Jackson Hole, WY is 80 miles north on Rte 191. Fremont Lake is about 10 min. drive. Green River Lakes about a 40 min. drive. There is so much to do in our area for the outdoors guest! Because we value our guests and want you to enjoy your stay and have your privacy, we have Security Cameras located above each unit that allows us to know when our guests have checked in and checked out, (they are motion activated-- so it is very much in our best interest to turn them off when we have guests so we are not receiving signals every time you enter or leave). After a guest has checked in we disable the cameras for your privacy, we then turn the cameras on the morning you are to depart so that we know when we can send our housekeeping in for our next guest.
