Villa Sàrvia is located on the hills between Rapallo and Camogli, a perfect place to explore the Riviera and to relax in the silence and tranquility of nature. This charming newly built villa is equipped with all amenities, surrounded by a large green park with a private pool and garden. Children will love playing in the large garden surrounding the villa, where they will find a bowling alley, a soccer field, darts and ping pong. The space The Space This beautiful villa on two floors is divided as follows: Interior spaces: Upper floor: - Living room with sofa and TV. - Dining area with a table for 6 people. - Kitchen equipped with induction cooktop, oven, microwave, kettle and coffee machine and dishwasher. -Service bathroom with sink and toilet. Lower floor: -Bedroom 1 consisting of a double bed, wardrobe and direct access to the garden. - Bedroom 2 consisting of a double bed, wardrobe and direct access to the garden. - Bedroom 3 consisting of a double bed, wardrobe and direct access to the garden. -Bathroom 1 consisting of a sink, toilet, bidet and walk-in shower. -Bathroom 2 (located inside the third bedroom) consisting of a sink, toilet, bidet and shower. - Turkish bath room consisting of a Turkish bath with chromotherapy, a walk-in shower and a relaxation area. Outdoor spaces: Upper floor: - Pergola with direct access from the kitchen, consisting of a large dining table, a relaxation area with sofas, and a BBQ area. - Relaxation area overlooking the pool with sofas and umbrella shade. -Pool with deckchairs and parasols. Lower floor: - Large garden bordering all bedrooms. THE SWIMMING POOL, WHICH IS NOT HEATED, IS OPEN AND AVAILABLE FROM APRIL 18 TO OCTOBER 1. The property is located in a large private park where at a distance of about 50 meters there is another property reserved for other guests (Villa Rumanin). The villas are not divided by gates or fences but visually by vegetation. Each villa has its own privacy and its own large private garden. In the park there is a playground with a bowling alley, a soccer field, dart shooting and ping pong. The area is shared with Villa Rumanin. Private parking, reserved for up to 2 cars per villa, is adjacent to the property. The entrance gate for cars and the parking area are shared with another property (Villa Rumanin), which is also reserved for other guests. Other things to note The road leading to the villa, about 200m (shared with only 2 other properties) is a single carriageway and a bit steep, the last stretch of about 30 meters is unpaved but in excellent condition. There is a traffic light to alternate traffic. It is a road that is absolutely usable by any experienced driver, but for the sake of fairness, we prefer to report this detail. Access to vans or minibuses is not recommended. Check-in is by appointment from 3:00 p.m. to 8:00 p.m., we kindly ask guests to let us know their arrival time a few days in advance. Our staff will greet you in person For check-in after 8:00 p.m., an additional price will be required in cash: after 8:00 p.m. €25.00, from 10:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m. €40.00. Check-in after 11:00 p.m. is not allowed. Upon arrival, you will be required to pay the MANDATORY accommodation tax in cash (€3 per person per day, excluding children under 15 years of age). Children under the age of 23 are not allowed to stay unless accompanied by at least one person over the age of 23. The villas are located in a park, the garden needs constant maintenance, we advise customers that every Wednesday from 9:00 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. the gardeners will be present, unfortunately it is not allowed to postpone maintenance.
