For this reason nothing can be flushed down the toilet except toilet paper. Following these guidelines will avoid problems with the plumbing. If it is determined that the pipes have been clogged due to misuse, a $200 repair fee will be charged. Thank you for your cooperation. —Please let us know if there are any serious stains on the furniture or floors, or if here is damage to anything and we will try our best to fix it ASAP. —Dishes Please load the dishwasher prior to checking out if you have used any dishes. Be sure to remove excess food into the trash. we will run the dishwasher once you’ve completed your stay. —Reservation change Policy: In order to provide the best service to all our guests and smooth process of requests, all date changes have to be made at least 30 days prior to check-in date. Each reservation only allows one change request. All change requests are for the same property only. Switching priorities is not allowed. We thank you for your understanding and support. —Washer and dryer We provide a washer and dryer in the laundry room and provide the detergent, if you need it, please use it for yourself. —Parties or Events or Extra Guest We do not allow guests to throw parties or events at our property. Please be kindly noticed that all extra guests should be approved by host before arrival and they will need to leave the property by 9pm per County’s STR Reinforcement Code. Any unapproved visitors will be charge $200 per person according to the House Rules in the listing. Please feel free to contact us if any questions. —Film/Video and Photos Our property is a beautiful place to shoot photos and videos, we welcome you to tag us on Ins at @somewhere_joshuatree. Professional shoots, however, are priced at a different rate and must be cleared with us in advance of your stay. If you are in doubt, inquire first. We will charge $5000 per violation, plus production fee up to $575/hour. —Pets We love animals as much as anyone. But due to getting allergies among some of the guests, we have to keep Jackrabbit Wash an animal-free zone. $100 will be charged for special cleaning fee. You are required to disclose before booking if you have a service animal. —pets— not allowed on bed and in pool . —No-Smoking Smoking (including E-Cig) is not allowed in the property or within 15 feet exterior door. Please dispose cigarettes into a plastic bag and put it in the outdoor trash can. If above is not maintained, we will charge $100 special cleaning fee. Please smoke outside and dispose of your cigarettes in the trash. I appreciate your cooperation! —Spa and Pool( pool not able to heated) In order to provide the best water quality, we have weekly pool & spa service is scheduled on each Tuesday and Friday . the service crew will enter from deck area, maximum 30 mins per service. —No-Shoes Rule Please take off your shoes and we have prepared slippers for you. Please don’t not roll or drag luggages on the floor. —Broken Items If for any reason, you break an item during your stay, please let us know. We understand that accidents happen, but in order for us to fix or replace something for a future guest to enjoy, we will need to know that it is broken. I appreciate your honesty. Please also note that some of the appliances, furniture and lightings are designer pieces, compensation will be charged as original price if damaged. —Checking Out Please check out of our Airbnb rental by 11:00AM. Please checking out by this time ensures that we have enough time to clean the property and get it ready for our next guest. PLUMBING: Do not put any feminine products, birth control methods, dental floss, baby wipes, paper towels, or anything besides toilet paper in the toilet.( Any clogged fines 500$) GLITTER AND CONFETTI ARE NOT ALLOWED AT ANY PROPERTY, INSIDE OR OUTSIDE. No balloon and water ballon allowed in the pool . ALWAYS SHOWER OR BATHE BEFORE AND AFTER USING THE HOT TUB! Body oil, makeup, hair products, etc. clog filters! WILDLIFE: The desert is wild and if you are very sensitive to insects, mice & bugs - it may not be for you. If you leave a door open, animals ,flys , bugs and more might run in. There are indeed rare sightings of snakes, ants & spiders out here. We love it and so do most of our guests, but just a friendly reminder that we are indeed in the wild. And we are always more than happy to have a creature safely relocated if you find it to be a threat.
