This contemporary first-floor holiday apartment is in a superb position with uninterrupted sea views making it the ideal holiday property for a romantic weekend for two or a seaside holiday exploring the beautiful Suffolk coast. The space Light streams into the stylish living/kitchen/dining room through the big southeast-facing bay window which overlooks the beach and sea. The circular dining table is positioned to make the most of the view and a kitchen is equipped so you can cater at home. Also at the front is the bedroom where you can wake to the sunrise in the comfortable super-king size bed. Off the hallway is the modern bathroom with an adjustable handheld shower over the bath. Felixstowe is increasingly popular as a seaside destination and Buregate House sits on the corner of Buregate Road and Sea Road with plenty of unrestricted parking and the Promenade just across the road. The popular pier, seafront gardens and adventure golf are moments away. There’s plenty to interest all guests with a golf club, sailing, ferry to Bawdsey, and town centre with a charming mix of major retailers and independent boutiques, plus a great choice of shopping and eateries. DETAILS There’s a low wall and shingle pathway with steps leading to the entrance of the building where the door opens into a communal hallway and stairs to the first floor. The apartment has its own door. HALL The inner hall has doors to the living/kitchen/dining room, bedroom and bathroom. LIVING/KITCHEN/DINING ROOM A lovely light room, cleverly divided to meet all requirements. The kitchen has an in integrated oven, ceramic hob, with extractor, washer/dryer, slimline dishwasher, under counter fridge with ice box, Delonghi microwave, Nespresso Citiz machine (bring your own original style pods), toaster and kettle. A sofa sits in front of the coffee table and cabinet with Smart TV and DVD player for your entertainment and there’s another chair by a window in an ideal spot for you to relax in with a good book! The chic glass topped dining table sits in the beautiful bay window with four chairs. BEDROOM Wake to the sunrise with the bed positioned opposite the shuttered windows and a chair for you to sit in whilst enjoying morning coffee. The super-king size bed sits between bedside drawers and there's an additional chest of drawers plus a small wardrobe with short hanging space. As in Scandinavia, you'll find two single duvets on the bed rather than the usual British large duvet. OUTSIDE Buregate House sits on the corner of Buregate Road and Sea Road with plenty of unrestricted parking on either road close by and the Promenade just across the road.
