RSPB experts run guided walks around Fairburn Ings, 17 miles, and events, including family fun days, are organised throughout the year. The medieval city of York is just 20 miles away with easy access to the city from the designer outlet Park and Ride. Beverley with its minster is 30 miles away. Hull, with its futuristic aquarium ’The Deep’, Leeds and the Royal Armouries, and the elegant spa town of Harrogate are all within an hour’s drive.
