This contemporary and beautifully appointed apartment is fully self contained, and is a fabulous base for a couple, small families who don't mind a sofa bed, or a single person. Maximum 3 guests. The space With it's own internal private entrance the apartment features a bright open plan living room, with a comfortable lounge, dining area, and kitchen. The perfect living space to unwind and relax after exploring the region. For entertainment there is a Smart TV and free Wi-Fi. If you don't fancy cooking there is the local fish and chips shop directly downstairs in the main street, or local cafes and pubs just a stone's throw away. The modern fitted kitchen features a breakfast bar for dining and is well equipped with a range of contemporary appliances. There is a washing machine and clothes airer for your convenience in the utility room. Featuring one double bedroom with views out over Bishops Glen, complete with a hanging space, bedside tables and reading lights. The double sofa bed is located in the living room. Maximum capacity is three guests using the sofa bed in the lounge. Towels and bed linen included. Bedding is supplied for the sofa bed, but must be pre-booked. The apartment is secure and well located on the second level with two flights of internal stairs. Car parking is off street parking, there is no designated car park. The town centre is only steps away, offering a selection of coffee shops, craft shops, galleries, pubs and restaurants. Easy access to explore Dunoon, close by to the Dunoon Pier, local attractions, Argyll Ferries and the Esplanade. No Pets: Sorry strictly no pets permitted in the property.
