An impressive scenic contrast to the flat coastal landscape is the ancient Recknitz Valley. The Bodden landscape is crossed by many hills and offers wide meadows, pastures, fields and forests. Here, guests will encounter peace, silence and a uniquely beautiful nature experience. The flora and fauna in this nature and landscape conservation area can be experienced on the well-developed bike paths, during a hike or from a paddle boat. For water sports enthusiasts, the Boddenrevier around the Saaler Bodden is an absolutely prized spot. The area is perfect for surfers and kiters in the beginner and advanced area. Surfing lessons and equipment can be booked with the local providers or before arrival. At the Bodden, 2 km away, there is a small beach that is excellent for children. In spring and autumn, the Bodden region experiences the migration and stopover of cranes. A uniquely beautiful natural spectacle appreciated by ornithologists and nature lovers. PLEASE NOTE! Modern and stylishly furnished terraced cottage with 85 square meters of living space, a spacious sun terrace and a separate enclosed and fenced garden plot. The house offers plenty of space on two levels for a relaxing Baltic Sea vacation and impresses with its charming combination of modern comfort combined with stylish antique pieces. On the ground floor: Here is the separate and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for relaxed cooking and enjoyment in the vacation home. The high-quality furnishings include a dining table, dishwasher, 4-burner ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer combination, coffee maker, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, mixer, sufficient dishes and glasses as well as numerous kitchen utensils. The cozy living area offers a wonderful and unobstructed view of nature and the garden. From here, guests can directly access the quiet terrace and the countryside. There is a dining table, grill and deck chairs for guests. The garden area is fenced with a 1-meter-high picket wood fence. The living area is equipped with a flat-screen Smart TV (Netflix and Magenta TV), Bluetooth speakers, a dining table and a cozy sitting area with a leather couch and armchairs. A colorful collection of games and a fine selection of books also provide entertainment on vacation. There is also a comfortably designed, ground-level bathroom on the first floor with a walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine. Upstairs: guests can reach the upper floor via a staircase (0.75 m wide). Here there are 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1 with double bed (1.80m x 2m), wardrobe and small work area with armchair, bedroom 2 with 2 single beds (1m x 2m) and wardrobe. All beds are equipped with high-quality slatted frames and mattresses.   At the house: 2 parking spaces, lockable wooden shed (for 2 bicycles or water sports equipment). E-gas station. Pets: 1 well-behaved, house-trained and up to medium-sized dog is welcome (pets are limited to dogs). Cost 10 euros/night. IMPORTANT! If you bring your dog, it must be registered in advance and also paid for. You add this dog fee by selecting the booking. For families: A crib and high chair are available. The crib costs incl.
