The bays of the Baltic Sea and the Bodden stand for a variety of smaller natural bathing areas and meadows on the shores. An impressive scenic contrast to the flat coastal landscape is the glacial Recknitz Valley. The lagoon landscape is traversed by many hills and offers wide meadows, pastures, fields and forests. Here guests will find peace, quiet and a uniquely beautiful natural experience. The flora and fauna in this nature and landscape conservation area can be experienced on the well-developed bike paths, during a hike or from a paddle boat. For water sports enthusiasts, the lagoon area around the Saaler Bodden is an absolutely appreciated spot. The area is perfect for surfers and kiters in the beginner and advanced area. Surfing courses and equipment can be booked with the providers on site or before arrival. At the Bodden, 2 km away, there is a small beach that is suitable for children. In spring and autumn, the Bodden region experiences the migration and rest of the cranes. A uniquely beautiful natural spectacle appreciated by birdwatchers and nature lovers. PLEASE NOTE! Modern and stylishly furnished terraced holiday home with 85 sqm of living space, a spacious sun terrace and a separate enclosed and fenced garden plot. The house offers plenty of space on two levels for a relaxing Baltic holiday and impresses with its charming combination of modern comfort, combined with stylish antique individual pieces. On the ground floor: Here is the separate and fully equipped kitchen with everything you need for relaxed cooking and enjoyment in the vacation home. The high-quality furnishings include a dining table, dishwasher, 4-plate ceramic hob, oven, fridge-freezer combination, coffee machine, Nespresso machine, kettle, toaster, mixer, sufficient dishes and glasses as well as numerous kitchen utensils. The cozy living area opens up a wonderful and unobstructed view of nature and the garden. From here, guests can reach the quiet terrace and the countryside directly. Here there is a dining table, barbecue and loungers for guests. The garden area is fenced with a 1 m high wooden fence. The living area is equipped with a flat smart TV (Netflix and Magenta TV), Bluetooth speakers, dining table and cozy seating area with leather couch and armchairs. A colorful collection of games and a fine selection of books also provide entertainment during the vacation. Furthermore, there is a comfortably designed, ground-level bathroom with a walk-in shower, toilet and washing machine on the ground floor. On the upper floor: guests can reach the upper floor via a staircase (0.75 m wide). There are 2 bedrooms here. Bedroom 1 with double bed (1.80 x 2 m), wardrobe and small workplace with armchair, bedroom 2 with 2 single beds (1 m x 2 m) and wardrobe. All beds are equipped with high-quality slatted frames and mattresses.   At the house: 2 parking spaces, lockable wooden shed (for 2 bicycles or water sports equipment). Electric charging station. Pets: 1 well-behaved, house-trained and up to medium-sized dog is welcome (pets are limited to dogs). Cost 10 euros/night. IMPORTANT! If you bring your dog, it must be registered in advance and also paid for. You add this dog fee by selecting the booking. For families: A crib and high chair are available.
