The single-storey Villa Sa Clota Nova, with space for 6 adults and 1 child up to 5 years, is nestled in a peaceful location not far from the small town of Felanitx. This typically Majorcan country house has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, three bedrooms with fans, and three bathrooms. It also comes equipped with Wi-Fi, a high chair, a cot and a parking space. Outside the property, you will find a terrace, a 36-m² pool, sun loungers and a barbecue. Other things to note Groups of individuals under 25 years of age cannot be catered for. You can reach the little town of Felanitx, with its shops and numerous restaurants, in 15 minutes by car, and the next beach is 20 minutes away. IMPORTANT NOTE: Groups under 29 are not allowed and events are not allowed. Parties or events of any kind are not allowed On the way between Felanitx and the house there is a Lidl Supermarket with ample parking, open from Monday to Saturday from 9.00 am to 9.00 pm and on Sundays from 9.00 am to 2.00 pm, which is very comfortable for guests when they return home. In Felanitx you will find all kinds of shops, numerous bars and some restaurants. The house is about 8 minutes by car, and 20 minutes from the nearest beach in Portocolom. In Felanitx every Sunday there is a market in the Municipal Market, with all kinds of sale of agricultural products, and other products in the streets of the town center. The shops are open until 13.30 in the afternoon. In Portocolom there are 4 beautiful beaches, as well as in Cala D'Or, Cala Ferrera, Cala Esmeralda or Cala Santany. Golf Vall d'Or is another good option for lovers of this sport. It is in the town of S'Horta 15 minutes away by car. In the town of Felanitx the subject of garbage collection has been modified to be more environmentally friendly and to help keep the town and surroundings cleaner. Now all owners of houses located outside the village (whether rented or permanent housing), must deposit the garbage they generate personally at a point called, "Sa Deixalleria". To access this point, which is located very close to the Lidl Supermarket and near my property, you must access with a plastic card "similar to a credit card" that opens the doors automatically. This card has a high cost, so a penalty will be charged to those customers who do NOT recycle their garbage according to the day indicated in the calendar that I will provide them or who lose the card.
