Dock Side #1 The space Rustic Lake St. Catherine (Poultney, VT) cottage with nice dock and swimming area on “the Big Lake.” There are also 2 other cottages in this area should your larger family require. All 3 cottages share the same outdoor space and amenities. This is a super location for a family vacation at a Vermont Lake. THINGS TO KNOW This property uses lake water in the home, please bring your own water for drinking and cooking. This property does not have heat. The property is shut down for the season, beginning early to mid-October. Guest access Entry is via smart lock on the front door. Enter your unique 10-digit code into the keypad on the handle - the lock will play a tune when activated. Push the handle down and push the door to open. The door locks automatically behind you. If you need to access the lockbox (which contains a spare key), enter your code into the keypad, pull down the black lever, and pull the lockbox door toward you. To re-lock it, type your code back in, close the door, and pull the lever down. If the smart lock malfunctions, contact the property support team for the lockbox code. Other things to note This cottage is one of three on the property, all situated on the lake. You'll have access to the shared grounds and waterfront during your stay.
