The modern kitchen is fully equipped with a cooker, microwave, and combination washer/dryer, while the contemporary bathroom provides everything you need for a comfortable stay. Upstairs, the master bedroom offers a plush queen-size bed, and the second bedroom features full-size adult bunk beds — ideal for children or additional guests. Step outside to enjoy a private patio and terrace, where you can take in beautiful views of the surrounding hills — a lovely spot for morning coffee or an evening drink. The cottage is fitted with central heating, and all utilities are included. You’ll also have access to free Wi-Fi, a modern LED TV, and a DVD player for cosy nights in. Guest access Our guests have private use of the cottage , a small driveway or roadside parking for 1 car and private garden. Other things to note We have a few policies in place to ensure all guests enjoy a relaxing, safe, and comfortable stay: 🕓 Check-in is from 4:00 pm, and check-out is by 10:00 am. Early arrival or late departure may be available on request but is not guaranteed. 🧍‍♂️ The lead guest must be 25 years or older. We reserve the right to request photo identification. 🚫 No parties or events – this is a peaceful countryside setting and we ask all guests to respect that. 🚭 No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises. 🐾 Dogs: We welcome well-behaved, house-trained dogs (maximum of two). Dogs must be kept downstairs only and off all furniture. ✨ No fake tan, please – it can cause permanent stains to our luxury bedding and towels. Any damage may incur a replacement or cleaning fee. 🔑 Lost keys: A £50 fee applies for lost keys to cover locksmith or replacement costs.
