Newly remodeled, spacious guesthouse sits on 5 private acres only 10 minutes away from beautiful Coloma and highway 50. Enjoy an exciting whitewater rafting adventure or sip wine at our award winning wineries. We have a large stock of movies, games, a ping pong table and access to satellite t.v. if you prefer to relax inside. Outside there are activities such as horseshoes or you can just unwind in the peaceful outdoors. Come and enjoy this little sanctuary! The space 900 sq ft of a fully remodeled living space with a large bedroom and bathroom. There is a spacious living area to enjoy movies or games, and a cozy wood stove to keep warm. We provide coffee and there is a mini fridge and microwave for snacks and there is a sink! WiFi access and full access to satellite television. We provide linens and towels. Guest access You will have full access to the guesthouse and the outdoor patio at the base of the guest entrance staircase. The lower patio can be used to relax outside and the back part of the property can be used for lawn games. The pool and patio around the pool is off limits to guests for safety reasons.
