Our modern and cozy apartment "Wellenrauschen" is located in Alt Reddevitz in the beautiful Mönchgut on the island of Rügen. Only 30 meters separate you from the Hagenschen Wiek. You have a breathtaking view directly on the water. Simply unwind, relax in your own sauna, go swimming, take a walk - relaxation is guaranteed! The space Our cozy apartment "Wellenrauschen" can be found in the "Haus Besch" built in 2020, which stands out with its interesting and special architecture. The village of Alt Reddevitz, a former small fishing village, invites you to a vacation away from the tourist crowds. Nevertheless, the popular seaside resorts of Baabe, Sellin and Göhren are quickly reached. At 68 square meters spread over two rooms, the apartment offers you space for a wonderful dream vacation. Ideal for 2 people, maximum occupancy with 4 people possible. But then it gets cozy. One dog is allowed, but no puppy! The living room impresses with its fantastic view of the Hagensche Wiek. From this room you have access to the terrace, where you can start the day comfortably with a breakfast or end it later with a glass of wine. If the weather is not cooperating, you can enjoy the same view through the window front from the comfortable armchairs. In the living room, you will find a very comfortable high-quality couch, which when pulled out offers a really good sleeping place for two people. The fireplace invites you to spend cozy hours. You will also find a 55-inch Samsung smart TV, which can be used as a work of art, among other things. Also integrated in the living room is the small but fine open kitchen, where you will find everything you need for your feel-good vacation. Whether fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, a washing machine with dryer function or appliances such as coffee maker, kettle, toaster, as well as all kitchen utensils; everything is available to make you feel at home. The bedroom awaits you with a cozy double bed, a spacious wardrobe and also a Samsung Smart TV. The bathroom has a spacious bathtub and is equipped with a hairdryer and cosmetic mirror. In the separate sauna you will also find a shower where you can pamper yourself with the rain function. Please note that for safety reasons the sauna is operated with a coin counter with timer. Guest access You have free Wi-Fi during your stay. A parking space in the underground garage is available for your car for your vacation (entrance height 1.90 m!). You also have the option to store your bicycles and beach utensils in a basement room. Other things to note Please note that the entrance height in the underground car park is 1.90 m. Your private sauna can be used for a fee (€2 per 20 minutes), please remember to bring coins... On the island of Rügen, a visitor's tax is levied on all guests and guest dogs. With the visitor's card purchased with it, you can use bus lines, the boat traffic with the white fleet, various events and the beaches in the Mönchgut area. The visitor's tax is included in the travel price. You can optionally book a linen package (bed linen, sheets, towels, bath mats) for €25 per person. Please include this in a message after your booking. Of course, you can also bring your own linen. Firewood can also be provided, a bag for 25 euros. If you arrive by electric car, you have the option of charging the car in the garage at a 220-volt socket. This costs €10 per day for short bookings (up to 6 days) or €50 per week for longer stays. Please also indicate this after your booking, this amount will also be billed separately by us. IMPORTANT: The above-mentioned additional costs for the use of laundry packages and firewood will be billed by us in advance by bank transfer. Important, when booking with a dog! We like dogs very much, but ask that the dog has outgrown puppy and wild young dog age. Please note that dogs are not allowed to run freely in the complex/garden area and must be kept on a leash. We recommend that you take out travel cancellation insurance to avoid any cancellation issues.
