The modern vacation apartment "Scheu", newly built in 2021, is situated in a quiet, green hillside location and yet is only a 10-minute walk from the centre of Überlingen and the shores of Lake Constance. The entrance to the apartment is on the ground floor. The apartment has a living room, a well-equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, a bedroom, a bathroom and can accommodate 4 people. Additional amenities include Wi-Fi and a TV. Other things to note Enjoy relaxing hours on the private covered terrace, equipped with a comfortable seating area, whether having breakfast in the morning or a glass of Bodensee wine in the evening. The property also has a communal garden where you will occasionally discover the hosts' two cats. In 8-12 minutes on foot you can reach the old town of Überlingen with its numerous shops, restaurants, bistros and cafés. Here you can take a leisurely stroll along the lakeside promenade, enjoy the magnificent view of Lake Constance or take a boat trip to the flower island of Mainau. You can reach a supermarket after 1 km (13 minutes on foot or 3 minutes by car). The train and bus station is a 7-minute walk from the accommodation (650 m). The nearest beach, Strandbad West, is a 20-minute walk (1.7 km) away, right next to the spa. Parking is available on the property. From the car park, guests have to walk down a few steps to the holiday home (9 steps). Pets are not allowed.
