The space Welcome to our 75 square meter traditional apartment! Our home features two cozy bedrooms with comfortable large double beds and ample closet space for your belongings. In addition, we have two sofa beds that can accommodate additional guests. Our living room is the perfect spot to relax after a long day of exploring the city. It includes a comfortable sofa, chairs, and a flat-screen TV for your entertainment. We also have a dining area with a table and chairs where you can enjoy your meals with your family and friends or even login at the wi-fi which is free. Our kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare your favorite meals, including a stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, and coffee maker. We also provide cookware, dishes, and utensils for your convenience. The apartment also includes a bathroom with a shower, sink, and toilet. We provide fresh towels and toiletries for our guests. Guest access The house is located in the traditional village of Koskinou, nestled within charming narrow alleys that reflect the authentic character of old Rhodes. Access to the property is by foot only, as cars cannot enter the pedestrian lanes. Guests can park for free at the village’s main square, just a 3-minute walk from the house. Within walking distance, you’ll find traditional tavernas and local eateries offering delicious, authentic Greek cuisine. Other things to note Please note that our home has stairs leading to the bedrooms, and all bathrooms are equipped with showers only. We want to make sure that you are aware of these features before booking. Kindly note that we do not accept any infants or young children under six years old. Our standard check-in time is 16.00 hours and check-out time is 11.00 a.m. If you require an early check-in or late check-out, extra charges may apply.
