The Stables Holiday Cottage No.9 Description – Sleeps 4This tranquil 2 bed holiday cottage comprises of a cosy open plan kitchen and living room area. The kitchen has been newly refurbished and the living area has an open fire, flat screen television and comfortable sofas. This coastal holiday cottage has 2 bedrooms and sleeps 4 guests comfortably: Property layout – Ground floor: - Open plan kitchen & dining area - Living room - Bedroom 1: bunkbed sleeping 2 Property layout – First floor: - Bedroom 2: double sleeping 2 - Family bathroom with bath and overhead shower Wi-Fi is available at The Stables Holiday Cottage No.9, rate charged and payable onsite to the On-site Manager. Local area & Tourist Attractions Local Should you wish to explore further afield, The Stables Holiday Cottage are a great base for day trips to historic Waterford City, the amusements at Tramore, the wild coastline at Hook Head and the beautiful scenery around Passage East. Things to do in the local area: - The Waterford Greenway: 46km of off road cycling & walking (bikes can be hired via Waterford Greenway Cycle Tour & Bike Hire – please note bookings must be made in advance) - Waterford City - Amusement Park in Tramore - The Wild Coastline at Hook Head - Passage East & Cheekpoint - Visit the Coves - Dunmore Adventure Centre: Aquapark - The Strand Inn - Dunmore Golf Classic in April - Dungarvan town IMPORTANT NOTES1. Heating and Electricity: This is an extra charge which is mostly payable to the Property Manager/Owner. In some cases, energy is charged at a fixed daily rate or a rate per unit on the units consumed or you are required to top up a Pre-Paid Meter while in others, energy charges are included in the rate you have paid. We advise you to check with the local Owner/ Property Manager prior to arrival how this is calculated or prior to making the booking. 2. Security Deposit: A minimum refundable security deposit of €200 (per property) must be paid prior to check-in to your holiday home to the local Property Manager/ Owner. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property. 3. Towels: Towel sets are available upon request at a small charge. Please contact our Call Centre or the Property Manager to arrange (you will find the Property Manager's contact details at the Arrival Info document sent to you in the final payment confirmation).
