The House is located in old town of Lezzeno at only 4 km from BELLAGIO ,the most famous tourist village on Lake Como. This building has been renovated 4 years ago, with high-end furniture. The garden is private and guests could get some sunshine and relax in complete privacy. Position is unique, just in front of lake Como. FIRST FLOOR: Bedroom (double bed 160 X 200) and bathroom SECOND FLOOR: Bedroom with lake view (two single beds 80x210) Air conditioning is available in all the Bedrooms The House is located in the heart of town very close by the bus stop, bar, restaurants,shops and public beach.(All about 200 meters away) It is 50m above the main road, this made this area very quiet, away from the traffic and noise of cars, motorcycles... Keep in mind that there is a spiral staircase in the house (not recommended for elderly people ). porter service on request . - HOUSE RULES - PASSPORT REGISTRATION: We will request passports of everyone in your group on arrival for passport registration, this is for the local police and tourist stats for the Regione Lombardia. TOURIST TAX Please keep in mind that the municipality of Lezzeno charges a daily tourist tax of €1.50 per person for the first 7 days of your stay. This amount will be collected in CASH by at check in. PARKING 1 Parking space in the garage is included in the price. For additional parking space you should pay 10€/Day in Cash at the Check-In. SERVICE CHARGE The service charge of €80 and includes: linen, towels and final clean. For stays longer over 10 days there is an extra cleaning of The House and a free change of sheets and towels in the middle of the stay ( absolutely free) HEATING Heating is not included in the price but charged for at €10 per day, please remember to turn it down when you aren't in.
