Ana's Apartments is located in the center of Sines and offers a breathtaking view over the historic area of the city. It provides the unique opportunity to enjoy moments of tranquility through the surrounding landscape, and is also the ideal place to explore the city's icons or to venture into water sports. The apartment features an open-plan design, with a fully equipped kitchen, private toilet, 1 bedroom, terrace and living room with dining area. The space Parking Street parking is free and generally safe. However, we recommend due care. Castle Park: 200 meters - Rua João de Deus 4. Municipal Park: 270 meters - Rua Gago Coutinho 3A. Accessibility Access to the building is via stairs, and is not advisable for people with limited mobility. Terrace with sea view: 2nd floor - 34 steps. Safety For reasons of security, property, facilities and individuals, access to the Ana's Apartments building is under surveillance by a closed circuit television with image and sound capture and recording. Reception (Floor 0) The Ana's Apartments team is present at the reception from Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.; Accommodation Bulletins Short-term accommodation in Portugal is required to report the presence and identity of all guests to the Portuguese Immigration and Borders Service (SEF). Check-in and check-out The check-in process requires proof of booking and identification of all guests. The apartment will be available from 3:00 p.m. on the day of arrival and must be vacated by 11:00 a.m. on the day of departure. Equipment The apartment has all the amenities we think are necessary for a pleasant stay. All utensils have been rigorously inventoried. The customer is responsible for furniture, appliances and any other objects inside the apartment. Any loss, theft or misuse will be charged to the person responsible for the reservation. Cleaning and services The apartment is fully equipped with bed and bath linens, as well as kitchen utensils. General cleaning of the apartment during the stay will only apply to reservations longer than 10 nights. Cleaning hours: 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. The space contains waste sorting and disposal units, and collection is only done at the end of the stay. Optional laundry service is available upon customer request (extra fee). The rates applied do not include meals. Children and extra beds All children will be accommodated at no additional cost for the use of the existing bed. The addition of extra beds or cribs is not applicable. Smoking Smoking is not allowed inside the apartment and common areas. If any damage occurs from smoking without permission or if we are unable to dispose of the apartment for a certain period of time due to the odor resulting from smoking, the person responsible for the reservation will be charged for the damages and period of unavailability. Pets Not allowed. Internet and TV channels All spaces have free wireless internet access (Wi-Fi). The apartment has high-definition fiber optic channels. Air conditioning All equipment installed in the apartment must operate with the windows closed and in the same cycle, cooling or heating. Cancellation of the booking For security reasons, it is strictly forbidden to invite unregistered visitors to the apartment. All users must respect the stay of other guests and neighbors in the building. We reserve the right to evict all customers who cause noise or disturbance in the apartment and common areas. With the exception of prepaid (non-refundable) reservations, special events or other situations specified at the time of booking, the cancellation conditions are: Free cancellation up to 21 days before arrival.
