This two story home is half of a large duplex just minutes from Beaver Stadium and downtown State College. The Waffle Shop is less than a mile away, and the quiet residential neighborhood filled with parks and paths offers a pleasant retreat from the crowds. If outdoor activities are your jam, you'll be ecstatic to be within miles of Rothrock State Forest and the Spring Creek watershed, two wonderful paradises filled with streams, hiking and mountain biking trails, and gorgeous mountain vistas. The space Guests will have full access to the house with the exception of one upstairs room, the bedroom closets, and the garage. We require responsible, non-smoking renters. Loud and excessive partying will not be tolerated. 2 upstairs bedrooms are accessible; 1 king & 1 queen.
