Top floor studio condominium with vaulted ceilings that overlooks the town of Snowmass, and is just steps away from Snowmass Ski Area & our two-tier on-site hot tubs. This condominium includes a full kitchen, living room with a queen sleeper sofa, one attached bathroom, a queen bed in the bedroom, a balcony with a grill and a personal wood-burning fireplace. Sleeps up to four people comfortably. Laurelwood 112 offers a relaxing, spacious and cozy mountain retreat, regardless of the season. The space Welcome to Laurelwood 112! This unit is located right off Snowmass Mountain, featuring incredible ski-in, ski-out access. Located in the heart of Snowmass Village, you are steps away from the Village Mall, the free bus route that goes back and forth into Aspen, hiking & biking trails and much more. Guests will have sole access to their condo for the duration of their stay. Check-in time is 4:00pm, check-out time is 10:00am. Early check-ins and late check-outs are subject to availability and must be approved by Laurelwood front desk. On-site at Laurelwood, there are two tiered hot tubs available for guest use, which is a great way to unwind after a full day of skiing or hiking. Parking is owned by the town of Snowmass Village, and is a charge of $20.00/day during ski season only. Other times of the year, parking is free. During winter you will need to purchase a parking pass from the front desk upon arrival. On-site at Laurelwood, there are several coin operated washer/dryers available for use. Detergent is available for purchase at the front desk, or you may bring your own. All linens, towels, hot tub towels are provided, and you can request more as needed. Please note, this property does not have A/C but a box fan is provided in the bedroom closet and it is highly effective in cooling the room down quickly. We have a full-service front desk team that operates from 8:00am-9:00pm during the summer & winter seasons and 8:00am-5:00pm in the off-season. Our team is here to assist you with all requests to make sure your stay is the best it can be! In case of emergencies, we have an afterhours emergency answering service that guests can call to get in touch with an on-site manager. We are here to make your stay one to remember! TOSV Lodging Permit Number: 49606 Guest access You will check-in at Laurelwood Condominiums located at 640 Carriage Way, Snowmass Village, CO 81615. For better reference, our office is right across from Parking Lot 12 in the Upper Village. Upon check-in, you will be given 2 or more keys to your condo, a map to your unit and general info about the property and the area. In the summer & winter, our office is open from 8am-10pm. In the off-season, our hours are 8am-5pm. If you arrive after the office has closed, there will be a lockbox on the backdoor of the check-in office. You will see a sign with our afterhours number to call and they will give you a code to the lockbox. Inside the lockbox will be a key packet with your name on it. If you check-in afterhours, we ask that you come to the front desk the following day to get properly checked in and get a parking pass if needed.
