Surrounded by lush landscaping and more than two miles of walking paths, provides a resort-style apartment community you’ll be eager to book more than one night.Location, luxury, and convenience converge at my apartment community in Ypsilanti. You’ll appreciate my location being so close to Ann Arbor. Our peaceful, relaxing atmosphere includes glistening ponds, walking trails, and the comfort of well-lit streets. The space Condominium is a shared space with host/&puppy . You are provided Clean , small , but not too small . It’s now a QUEEN bed in the room .The bathroom is attached to the private room you are staying in and equipped with a shower . A small amount of cleaning supplies and toiletries available upon request . The bed is a queen size bed. Guest access You can use your bedroom and bathroom . No other shared spaces at the moment . If you have any request PLEASE ASK . I may be able to accommodate During your stay I’m usually available Other things to note NO OTHER SPACES ARE SHARED DUE TO THE PANDEMIC SOME THINGS MAY NOT BE AVAILABLE WHICH IS OUT OF MY CONTROL . PRICING & CLEANING PROCES ARE DUE TO THE PANDEMIC . LETS ALWAYS REMEMBER IT IS A PRIVILEGE FOR SOMEONE TO SHARE THEIR HOME WOTH YOU DURING THESE TRYING & ALSO TRAMATIC TIMES . You can have access to the pool and 24 hour gym . There is a Walmart within 2 traffic lights from the stay . Eastern Michigan university is only 15 mins away and u of m university is about 8 mins there is a Meijer also 7 mins away. Both freeways 94 & 23 are only 3-5 mins away . There is a gas station and liquor store right down the street . Very very quiet neighborhood. Many different food choices within 5-10 mins away for example McDonald’s , Burger King , I hop , Wendy’s . There is also a emagine theater 5 mins away . Im currently renovating and moving , condensing Two homes into this one so please excuse any totes , boxes 📦 etc .
