The space Recently remodeled house,in the R/C it has 2 suites ( one with a double bed with two single beds) one social WC, living and dining room with access to the swimming pool and the fully equipped kitchen with outdoor access (dining area). On the upper floor there are two bedrooms ( one with a double bed, the other with two single beds) , a full toilet and a living room with a reading and audio area as well as a balcony. The pool is private (access without gate or lock), on the south side of the house, sheltered from the north, with a water temperature of approximately 24-29 degrees (May to September). It also has a dining area by the pool, allowing pleasant gatherings, with family and/or friends. The balcony overlooking the estuary and mountain provides unique views. Guest access Guests have access to the entire house and surrounding area. The house also has towels for use in the pool and beach (subject to request). Other things to note Ideal location for visiting the main cities of the northern and central region: Porto, Arouca (Paiva walkways), Aveiro (Portuguese Venice), Coimbra and Viseu.
