The Mia House

The Mia's House is located in Orosei two km from our beautiful beaches, is a recently renovated apartment with internet Wifi for free and without limits, two bedrooms, linen; Bathroom, hair dryer, washing machine, outdoor shower (no barbeque); dining kitchen with microwave, cutlery, dishes, kitchen, refrigerator, baby chair and digital terrestrial TV; The living room has a large window giving on the terrace, table, chairs and comfortable sofas to enjoy. IUN P2101 CIN IT091063C2000P2101 The space The apartment has just been renovated, we wanted to make it nice and cozy but without giving up comfort. The spaces are designed to comfortably accommodate four adults plus any child, is entirely focused on energy saving, the house is cool in summer and warm in winter, but we have equipped the apartment with air conditioning to meet 100% the comfort of our guests. The materials used to prepare and paint the house have all been carefully selected respecting the most recent and stringent rules on the protection of health and environment. Outside the apartment you will find a wide set space with outdoor shower, table and chairs, sofa with cushions overlooking the lawned garden. Your car will have its own place on the property at 10 meters from the entrance but without disturbing your view. This will allow you to always have it at hand in a safe place and in the shade (at least for most hours of the day). Guest access Our guests can use for their exclusive use the veranda, car parking, half garden next the apartment, and the house of course. Other things to note The follows are not all the policies we have, please before to book our apartment read ALL our rules and policies. Important: since 2022 Orosei introduced the tourist tax which must be pay at your arrival and charges 1 euro per day per person (only adults and kids over 12 year old) The terrace are for the exclusive use of our customers. BBQ is usable with some limitations (please read our rules) The sofa-bed is placed near the entrance of the living room / kitchen. The Double Room can accommodate a cot. The wifi password will be given upon arrival on site. We ask our guests the utmost care in the use and cleaning of the house to allow even those who come after them to take full advantage of the home. It is not permitted to make parties, loud noises or loud music as other people reside in the same building. For any requests, demands or emergency we are always at your disposal. The Apartment can accommodate up to 4 adults and a baby / infant. No EXTRA ADULT or children or guest visitors are allowed in the property. Bed linen and towels and baby cot/chair are provided for free. We provide to leave 2 roll of toilet paper, a few bags for the garbage collection, courtesy kit and a bit of dishwashing and clothwashing detergent, cloth for drying dishes, broom. Guests must have really care of our garden, grass and plantations as it costs much of our effort to keep it good.
