Palms Place Luxury High rise - 29F

My place is close to The strip, nightlife, public transport, the airport, the city center. You’ll love my place because of the views, the location, and the ambiance. My place is good for couples, solo adventurers, business travelers, and families. This condo is located inside Palms Place high rise. The 615 sqf studio suite comes with amenities of a well appointed condo with strip views. Only a short 5 min car ride to the strip. Condo offers pool, fitness facility, lounge. The space This is a privately owned studio condo at Palms Place condo hotel on the 29th floor. Condo is furnished with a king size bed, queen size pull out sofa bed, desk, twin 42" TV, fully equipped kitchen with electric stove, refrigerator, dishwasher. Pool and fitness center are on the 6th floor. Guest access Full access to studio without supervision. Guest also have access to gym and pool. Balcony is NOT accessible. Other things to note Must be at least 21 years old to check in, NO exceptions. You must check in with ID and a credit card. Upon check in, the front desk will place a security deposit hold of $100/day up to $500 on your credit card. The hold will be taken off upon check out. If your airbnb account name does not match your ID at check in, you will NOT be able to check in. Please confirm your ID name for check in if it does not match your airbnb account. Free parking available. Outside parking lot or parking garage. The basic internet (FREE) is up to 20 Mbps unlimited devices. Premium internet is $9.99/per device up to 40 Mbps. There is no daily housekeeping, if you would like cleaning/change of linens during your stay, you can request the hotel to do so at your own expense. It is $91/cleaning. Bathroom comes with one set of towels per guest. Extra towels and bathroom amenities will be charged by Palms place at your own expense. If you will be staying longer, I would recommend bringing bathroom amenities (shampoo, soap, etc.). Unit does not come with any cooking ingredients/spices. Basic cooking and chinaware is provided. There is no washer/dryer in the condo. Laundry can be done at a 24 hour laundromat about .3 miles south of Palms place on Arville. Upon arrival, if you notice anything that is broken or not working properly, please notify me immediately and do not attempt to fix it yourself. If you do not notify me, I cannot resolve the problem.
