Quiet West Asheville neighborhood just 3 minutes to Haywood Rd and restaurants/shops/breweries. Two bedroom suite with full kitchen and bathroom, open living room and dining room. Large flat yard and plenty of parking. 10-15 minutes to Biltmore Estate. 10-15 minutes to downtown Asheville. 15 minutes to the Blue Ridge Parkway. The space House is two separate living spaces with host living upstairs. Host is available if needed, but will leave guests to themselves for privacy. Guest access The driveway, front and back yard, and lower section of the house are open for use. Other things to note Pet friendly - please follow leash laws (dogs on leashes when outside of the gated area.) and use the provided pet waste bags to keep the yard clean.
