This cosy family flat for up to 6 people offers plenty of space. It is located on the ground floor of our small, quiet residential complex in Durach-Weidach. Shopping facilities and a bakery are within walking distance. The flat has a terrace and free parking spaces are available for guests directly in front of the house. Kempten town centre is only approx. 7 km away and the motorway connection is also within easy reach and leads to the most beautiful lakes, hiking trails and ski areas. The space This flat is divided into 2 bedrooms with 2 beds each. In the living room there are 2 additional beds for sleeping or relaxing. TV, 2 leather sofas and dining area, kitchen, bathroom with corner bath and WC plus extra guest WC. The terrace offers enough space to eat outside or enjoy the summer evenings. All 8 Allgäutraum holiday flats in my house are fully equipped. Bed linen and towels are provided and can be changed by guests free of charge if required. Guest access The entire apartment is only available to guests Other things to note The apartment is well equipped with all kitchen utensils, spices, vinegar, oil, some tea and coffee, filter bags, bin liners, kitchen towels, toilet paper and much more.
