Guest access Pool area and garden for the sole use of guests. Other things to note Just be friendly, nice and kind :) (For the disabled it can be to high up. The villa is built on the side of a hill and is on several levels with steps leading down to its apartments from the car park. Moderately fit people who do not want a car find the hill no problem and consider that the stunning views make the road or steps to the hill well worth the climb. There is an excellent bus service from the bottom of the road. Still the apartments are not suitable for people with serious mobility problems. Children are very welcome and parents are responsible for their safety around the pool, staircases and for leavning the property in the same condition as when checking in. ) House rules We are just very happy to have you here and hope you will have a fantastic stay! We have met so many easy-going and friendly guests and want everyone who stays to enjoy, feeling good and easy here. We are fortunate that our elevated setting is cooler than the coast and we benefit from cool breezes down from the mountains much of the time so even in summer we find air conditioning is not required much. On those occasions when you do find it uncomfortably hot and/or humid please use the air con SENSIBLY with consideration for the environment (and our electricity bill!) and in particular switch all the Air con units off when you are not in apart.
