Our 850 sqft guest house has 2 bedrooms, main bedroom with king-size bed. It sits in the back of our property. The space has everything you need. WIFI, cable with HBO etc. in living room. Located a stone's throw from South Austin. It is close to Southpark Meadows shopping. Less than 10 mi to downtown and Zilker, 15 mi to the airport and F1 track. 25 min to the outlet mall in San Marcos. You’ll love our place because it is a private and spacious, cool place that is nicely furnished. The space The entire house will be yours. Enjoy the privately fenced in yard with a nice wooden deck complete with chairs and a table. We live on an acre and the guest house is behind our house. There is a gate on the cedar fence, to the left of the garage. You’ll have your own parking spot marked with a sign. Great yard for barbecue or chilling outside. Guest access Enjoy contactless check-in as we have a lockbox on the door. You will receive the code when the reservation is confirmed. Other things to note Please be advise that we live a few blocks away from the train tracks. Occasionally it can be heard.
