Direct access to the terrace with seaview; - BEDROOM: with a double bed, a TV and a wardrobe; - BATHROOM: with a shower, bidet, WC Bath towels and bed linen available for all guests. FURTHER AMENITIES: A/C (1 split in the bedroom and 2 splits in the living area), unlimited free Wi-Fi, hairdryer, washing machine (on the balcony), iron and ironing board, mosquito nets in all windows, safe with combination and clothesline Internal private parking included and assigned The swimming pool is for the condo's private use and our guests are allowed to a deckchair. Opening hours: from 10.00 to 19.00. The swimming pool will be open from 1st June to 30th September. Guest access The apartment is for the exclusive use of our guests and won't be shared with the host or other tenants. We are very flexible and are happy to organize early check-ins/late check-outs when there are no other guests entering or leaving the apartment on that same day. All requests will be confirmed a couple of days before your arrival. Other things to note To ensure the security of your personal data, 7 days before your arrival you will receive instructions to register your documents via our Guest Portal and pay the Tourist Tax (EUR 3 per person per night, for the first 10 nights only, as requested by the Municipality of Taormina).
