Luxury Langhe Loft

Luxury loft recently renovated in the very heart of the Langhe. It is a unique property in downtown La Morra, with everything walking distance ( grocery store, cafes, wine shops and tourist office) and the privilige of a private parking space in the middle of it all, which is very hard to find in this area. It has all brand new amenities, quality finishes all around, a full service kitchen including a wine cellar, private balcony, laundry room with washer and dryer, wifi & internet tv. The space The kitchen offers high end appliances, an indoor wine cellar that stores both red and white wine, a wonderful center island for cooking and entertaining as well as a state of the art Espresso machine. The bedroom downstairs has internet tv, while the bedroom upstairs ( open space) has wonderful views on the surrounding area ( La Morra and Monviso Mountain). Guest access The whole loft is available for use. Please note: late check-in after 7pm is available upon request at an additional charge, to be settled in person, of 25 euro. The Tourist Tax of 1,50 per person per night needs to be settled in person during check-in. Other things to note This brand new loft has stairs: both at the entrance to enter the apartment first and the living room area once you are inside, as well as to reach the second bedroom upstairs, which is open space. These stairs are not suitable for children and elderly people. Suitable for children age 12+. Any additional and not included service for activities (bike rentals, wine tastings, truffle hunting…) will be pleasantly suggested with some personal recommendations.
