The apartment is situated on the 3rd floor of the building, with an elevator up to the entrance. LIVING ROOM The living room is light and spacious, with cream furniture and bright accents of colour from the cushions and surrounding artworks. Sliding doors open out to the Juliette balcony. The room also includes a desk with chair and a television, as well as a breakfast bar- connecting the space to the adjacent kitchen. The sofa can convert into a double sofa bed, to sleep 2 guests. KITCHEN A contemporary and sleek kitchen- the space connects seamlessly to the living area. The kitchen includes all the amenities you will need during your stay. BEDROOM The bedroom has a calming feel, with a double bed, as well as a desk and chair. Sliding doors also open out to a Juliette balcony. BATHROOM The bathroom includes a walk-in shower, and a basin, all in white tiles Please note that the toilets are separated. **To rent this property, the minimum age requirement is 25 years old.** There is one parking space available on request (subject to additional cost). This apartment has step-free access. When your booking has been confirmed we will ask you to fill in a pre-check-in form on our website to confirm your identity and booking details. Please note you will need to provide official photographic identification document. This enables us to provide you with a more personal service and offers an extra level of security for both our guests and our homes. Guest access Check-in is between 3pm and 9pm. Check-ins outside of this window may incur additional fees. Unless otherwise specified, a greeter will meet you on arrival. Guests are free to enjoy the entire space as depicted on the listing. Other things to note No smoking, no parties! Pets are not allowed in Veeve homes unless agreed directly with a member of our Team, and on a strictly case by case basis.
