The property is located on beautiful Brandy lake in the heart of Muskoka. Brandy lake is just under 2.5km long nestled between Lake Muskoka and Lake Rosseau. A short 5 minute drive to Port Carling and only 15 minutes to Bracebridge. The bunkie is roughly 800sq ft consisting of 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom, with a sectional couch in the living room that converts to a double bed. There is a private waterfront deck and dock, plus a large yard for you to enjoy, with a fire pit, bbq and patio space. Please note, owners live on the property. Guests do not have access to the garage, workshop, sauna or owners home and dock. We try our best to give you as much privacy as possible. You may see us when coming in and out of the property as it is a shared driveway. Other things to note The booking will provide you with access to the Bunkie, surrounding yard and private dock.
