Health Considerations Guest acknowledges that individuals with certain medical conditions—including but not limited to heart disease, high or low blood pressure, pregnancy, or other health concerns—should consult a qualified medical professional before using heat-based or water-based amenities. Host does not provide medical advice and makes no representations regarding the suitability of the Amenities for any individual. Release of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by law, Guest agrees that Host, property owner, and their agents, employees, and representatives shall not be liable for any injury, illness, loss, damage, or death arising from or related to: * Use or misuse of the hot tub, sauna, pool, or any other amenity. * Slips, trips, or falls on the premises. * Failure to follow safety instructions or posted rules. * Guest’s own negligence or the negligence of any member of Guest’s party.
