Excellent location, ideal for those who need to access the city center and the UFV Campus, we are 20 meters from the Quatro Pilastras, the main entrance to UFV and close to the city's main commercial points. The space Our location is one of the top-rated points by guests. On the same block there are restaurants, pharmacies, bakeries and laundries. We are literally next to UFV, where you can also find a supermarket, Caixa and Banco do Brasil branches. The university campus is a great place for hiking, biking or spending time outdoors with the kids. So, if you can, bring your sneakers! The apartment is exclusively and fully reserved for guests, ensuring privacy and comfort. It is ideal for two people, but can accommodate a small family (couple with up to two children or pre-teens). We do⚠️ not recommend renting to more than two adults, as the apartment has only one bedroom with a double bed.
