This fully equipped, luxury condo is located in the heart of Key West, with the benefit of peace and quiet. Enjoy the view from above the tree tops on two private balconies while sipping your morning coffee. Just a few short minutes walk to the Southernmost Point, beaches, shops, and restaurants; you won't be disappointed! Fully equipped kitchen, bedrooms, with in-house washer, dryer, appliances, and more. There is a shared pool to cool off, as well as private parking. 28 day minimum rental. The space There is a shared pool with a pool bathroom, very large shared balcony facing duval, two private balconies off the master bedroom and living room, an easy to access trash chute (so you don’t have to roll out trash bins), elevator and stairs to access condo. Other things to note 28 day rental must be within a single month, cannot overlap days into following month. We cannot do check-ins on December 31st or January 1st. Cleaning fee to be charged for every 28 days of stay. For multiple month rentals we require the monthly cleaning to still be conducted. Parking spot for one vehicle per stay.
