Other things to note ✨ BEACH AND DECK -The beach is right next to the house, perfect for easy access and seaside fun. - Please be careful walking on the deck if it’s wet from fog or rain. - The deck features comfortable furniture; padded cushions are stored in the upper-level living room corner. - Our community is friendly and welcoming—don’t hesitate to smile and say hi to neighbors! ✨ BEACH ESSENTIALS - We have beach boxes available for rent, including folding chairs and beach tents. - Let us know if you’d like to rent any items for your stay. ✨ CHECK IN & CHECK OUT -Standard check-in: 4 PM - Standard check-out: 11 AM - Early check-in or late check-out is available for an additional fee. - Please send early check-in requests at least 48 hours before your arrival. -ADDITIONAL NOTE- ✨GUEST CAPACITY AND FEES - The rate includes accommodation for up to 5 guests. - Each additional guest is $45 per night, covering essentials and utilities. - Please provide the accurate number of guests when booking.
