Cozy and modern apartment inside a working hobby farm barn. Upstairs holds one bedroom with a queen bed. Loft area upstairs has a convertible futon with a TV/blue ray/dvd. Downstairs is a nearly full eat in kitchen (only missing a stove) and the spacious bathroom with stand up shower. A grill is also available on the large covered porch. Guests have access to large covered porch, playground and yard area. Farm chores done 2 times daily. Pets allowed with fee. The space The Cozy Coop is an apartment in our horse barn. On our farm we raise goats, keep horses and entertain chickens and turkeys. Guests are always welcome to walk with us during farm chore hours or watch us work from the porch swing. Guest access Guest will have access to the barn apartment and surrounding yard, playground, and fire pit. Farm appropriate footwear recommended. Other things to note Add Ons Pet fee $50
