New apartment (2019) (55 m²) for 2 people with barbecue facilities The space The modern, ground-level and newly built apartment is 55 m² and designed for up to 3 people. It consists of a living room with open kitchen, dining area and living area. The separate apartment offers you a bedroom in which a travel baby cot can also be set up, a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink with mirror cabinet that only you use during your stay. You can now also book another room for €20.00 per night if necessary (3rd person). In this room there is a flat-screen TV, a TV chair, of course a bed (120 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe, table and chairs. Free parking is available at the house. Outside there is a covered terrace area with table and chairs at your disposal. Of course, you can also go to the garden to sunbathe on the loungers provided. On request, we will also be happy to provide you with a charcoal grill to enjoy an evening or two outdoors with grilled food. If you have any further requests, ask us and we will try to fulfill your wish. A country inn with outdoor area is within walking distance in about 75 m where you can eat very well. Enjoy relaxed and relaxing days in our apartment for up to 3 people. There is no squeaky garden gate with us, but from time to time our own chickens cackle, which we take care of and in return provide us with delicious fresh eggs. We will be happy to give you some of them if you wish. Otherwise, we live very quietly, unless a tractor is chugging by or a car is passing by on the road. That's why we love our house and its location, because you can enjoy wonderfully quiet afternoons and evenings on the balcony or terrace. Free parking is available at the house. We expanded our apartment and so we could add another room on the level of the apartment. This separate room adjacent to the apartment is additionally equipped with a flat-screen TV and is about 20 m². There is also a secure parking space for your bicycles. As hosts, we would like to welcome you to our accommodation and wish you a relaxing and beautiful stay with us. We will be at your side in all questions and will gladly provide you with information if you want to explore our beautiful area. We live on the top floor of our house and are always there for you if necessary. In addition to hiking trails (e.g. 20s circular hiking trail) around our village, you will find many others in the vicinity. A very nice natural pool can be found about 6 km away in Königstein, a leisure pool in Amberg can be reached in about 23 km. In addition to many caves that can be visited, there are also climbing areas with different levels of difficulty. There are also many things to see for cyclists on the tours. Also known is the Monte Kaolino in Hirschau, a huge sand mountain, piled up from kaolin sand, on which you can ski or toboggan.
