The space The modern, ground-level and newly renovated apartment is 55 square meters and designed for up to 2 people. It consists of a living room with an open kitchen, dining area and living area. In addition to a bedroom in which a travel baby bed can also be set up, the separate apartment offers you a bathroom with shower, toilet and sink with mirror cabinet that only you use during your stay. You can now also book an additional room for €20.00 per night (3rd person) if required. In this room there is a flat-screen TV, of course a bed (120 x 200 cm) and a wardrobe, table and chairs. There is a toilet right next door. Free parking spaces at the house are available. Outside, there is a covered terrace area with table and chairs at your disposal. Of course, you can also go to the garden to sunbathe on the loungers provided. On request, we will gladly provide you with a charcoal grill to enjoy an evening or two outdoors with grilled food. If you have any other requests, please ask us and we will try to fulfill your request. A country inn with outdoor area is within walking distance in about 75 m where you can eat very well. Enjoy relaxed and restful days in our holiday apartment for up to 3 people. Although no garden gate squeaks here, from time to time our own chickens cluck, which we take care of and in return they provide us with delicious fresh eggs. We will be happy to give you some if you wish. Otherwise, our location is very quiet, unless a tractor is chugging by or a car is passing on the road. That's why we love our house and its location, because you can enjoy wonderfully quiet afternoons and evenings on the balcony or terrace. Free parking spaces at the house are available. We expanded our apartment and so we could add another room at the level of the apartment. This separate room, which is adjacent to the apartment, is additionally equipped with a flat-screen TV and is about 20 m². There is also a secure parking space for your bicycles. As hosts, we would like to welcome you to our accommodation and wish you a relaxing and beautiful stay with us. We will be at your side in all questions and will gladly give you information if you want to explore our beautiful area. We ourselves live on the upper floor of our house and are always there for you if needed. In addition to hiking trails (e.g. 20s circular hiking trail) around our village, you will find many others in the vicinity. A very nice natural swimming pool can be found about 6 km away in Königstein, and a recreational swimming pool in Amberg can be reached in about 23 km. In addition to many caves that you can visit, there are also climbing areas with different levels of difficulty. There is also a lot to see for cyclists on the tours. Monte Kaolino in Hirschau is also well known. It is a huge sand mountain made of kaolin sand where you can ski or go sledding.
