The pool as well as the garden are secluded and the whole area is reserved for you. The living room opens to a pleasant sun terrace on the upper floor. This charming villa is ideal for one or two families who want to take advantage of this beautiful region, an ideal place for walking and swimming in the sea. Le Boulou offers wonderful days of relaxation with its thermal bath and walks. Take a trip to Perthus, 21 km away, a border town where you can enjoy a rich heritage, lively festivals, interesting stores and the Fort de Bellegarde built by Vauban. The Côte Vermeille offers magnificent rocky bays, take the wine route where you can taste exceptional red, rosé and white wines (AOC Collioure, AOC Banyuls).
