Welcome to la Victoire de Noyers, the land of noyers, a vacation house located in the middle of walnut tree groves in a calm, medieval village that has been classified as one of France's most beautiful cities. Moderately recent, the house has a walled-in yard built with Burgundian stone and gives you 400 square meters of cozy privacy. The house itself offers 179 square meters of living space and can take from 1 to 10 people plus a baby. It gives you a splendid view of the Gothic church The space Built on three floors, the house is composed of an entrance with coat rack, a 70m² living space with two corner sitting areas, an open fireplace, a table that seats 10, an open and fully-equipped kitchen (dishwasher, coffee maker, boiler, toaster, oven, microwave, refrigerator 3-burner induction cooker, kitchen utensils.) Guest access You have access to the entire house and yard (including outside yard furniture). Sheets and towels are furnished. There is a €36 end-of-stay cleaning fee. Please know that you do not have access to the small house in the yard or the workshop.
