We use new linens, pillows, comforters, duvet covers as often as needed to keep everything clean and fresh. We clean the upholstery monthly to keep our property in tip top shape. We have no carpet at the home besides area rugs so the floors can stay clean. "The Stetson" comfortably sleeps 10 guests with 10 beds. Each person has their own bed! NO POOL FENCE. - NO LIFEGUARD ON DUTY. SUPERVISE CHILDREN AT ALL TIMES. HEATED POOL - BY BOOKING GUESTS AGREE TO POOL WAIVER AND RULES **Pool heating is REQUIRED October through April. $50/daily** This is not a profit center. The small daily fee helps cover the energy costs & pool heater maintenance. We do not turn the heater on and off. It is more efficient to heat the entire pool and keep it heated. This keeps the cost down in comparison to other Airbnb pools (similar pools are $50-$95 to heat daily). *Pool heater is set comfortably at 84-88 degrees (depending on the month). *Pool heating will be billed after booking & for the ENTIRE STAY. *Pool does not need to be heated mid to late May through mid September. *Pool is serviced twice weekly. Usually Sundays/Mondays & Thursdays/Fridays. (Times subject to change) Early check ins & late checkouts are usually not possible, but it never hurts to ask! Early check ins & late checkouts (if they can be arranged) are $100. This helps pay for an extra cleaning member to have the home ready sooner. Have fun traveling to Sunny Scottsdale! Note: 4th bedroom is the garage/game room. Twin over twin daybed, sleeps 1-2 comfortably. Sinks: The house is a mid century home, they did not plumb hot water to the kitchen or bathroom sinks. The showers do get VERY hot (if you want them too). Early check ins & late checkouts are usually not possible, but it never hurts to ask!
