The kitchen is equipped with an oven, gas stove, fridge with freezer, kettle, toaster and everything that can be useful for cooking. To sleep, the house is equipped with a comfortable double sofa bed (160x200), a single bed and a cot with sides for the little ones, each bed is equipped with pillows. Furnishings, accessories, and complete bed and bath linens are provided to guests at no additional cost. The apartment is quiet and cozy. The studio apartment is equipped with independent heating to be used without limitations in case of need. Domestic hot water is supplied by a gas water heater. The house does not have a private parking space, but at any time of the year you can park your car for free in the street in front of the house. Guest access The vacation studio apartment is entirely at the disposal of guests, as are all the accessories of the house. Kitchen equipped with gas stove, oven, large fridge with freezer, dishes and cooking utensils, toaster and kettle. Large and bright living room with TV, radio, small library and double sofa bed. In high season, it is preferably rented from Saturday to Saturday. You can park your car easily and for free, at any time of the year, on the street, in the immediate vicinity of the house. Water, electricity and gas consumption are included in the rental price. The linen of the house, complete for bed, table and bathroom is provided free of charge. The accommodation's heating is independent. Unfortunately, due to allergies, it is not possible to accommodate cats. Final cleaning is mandatory.
