We have an extra single bed for a 9th person, plus wooden cots and high chairs for our little visitors. All our bedrooms are very generous in size and have ample wardrobe space so you can live clutter free, hiding that suitcase you’ll forget it’s there! The living area is too, a comfortable size for everyone to relax. There is more than enough room for sunbathing and lazing about outside, giving you every opportunity to enjoy the views and climate. For those not so sun-friendly, there are shaded areas, parasols and covered verandas too. Every outside area is ornamented by flowers, grass and greenery. Combining this with the subtle lighting around the villa and it makes a haven of tranquility and pure bliss. It is an ideal villa for large families or large group of friends wanting to holiday together but wanting their own space too.Due to the clever build of the villa on the hillside, you enter the villa’s grounds on the first floor with the off-road parking to your left and external stairs down to the large pool area on your right. The pool area in this manner gets the sun from dawn until dusk. You enter the villa on the first floor. Here you are greeted with the open plan living and dining area with a covered side balcony enjoying pool and sea views – appreciated from a small sofa and armchairs. WC leads just off the living area and then the separate kitchen. There are central stairs leading both upstairs to the main Suite and downstairs to the further three bedrooms. On the top floor – royally set apart from the other three bedrooms – the main Suite is perfect for the lead party member to enjoy, head of the family, honeymoon couple or special guest. It complies of The main bedroom (bedroom 1) with front balcony at the foot of the bed with stunning views to wake up to, an extra large en-suite bathroom and an enormous veranda with sofa and two armchairs. The veranda is accessible from both the bedroom and the hall outside so other guests can come and enjoy the space – should you let them to – without walking through the bedroom. Panoramic views towards the nearby Mount Pantokrator, Kassiopi village, plus Kalamionas bay and out to sea. The ground floor level has two bedrooms – one twin (bedroom 2), one double (bedroom 3) – which have double-sized veranda doors leading out directly onto the pool area. Plus one twin bedroom (bedroom 4) with en-suite bathroom at the back of the property with no direct outside access (so very suitable for younger guests). Both twin bedrooms can be made in to doubles to suit your party needs. Bedroom 2 is large enough for a third twin bed also.
