Guest access Guests will have private and complete access to the entire home. Your private space includes: * All three bedrooms * The full bathroom * Living room and dedicated workspace * Fully equipped kitchen * Private front yard and your side of the backyard * Washer and dryer our back for your convenience * Free driveway parking for 2–3 cars The only area that is off-limits is the securely locked cleaners’ closet located in the back. Washer/dryer is available out the back door, around to the other side. We just ask you avoid using it between 11-4p as our cleaner for the unit next door may need it during a turnover. Other things to note This home is part of a two-unit townhome and shares a roof with the neighboring unit. Your space is completely private, with its own entrance, front porch, and dedicated driveway for 2–3 cars. The other half of the duplex also operates as an Airbnb. We’re happy to welcome pets—just please register them in advance to avoid extra charges. We kindly ask that they stay off the furniture (beds and seating). For their comfort, we recommend bringing a crate or pet bed. The home is located in the historic Porter’s Community, one of Gainesville’s oldest and most diverse neighborhoods. With its rich cultural history and strong sense of community, it’s an authentic downtown experience. Like many urban areas, it may feel different than a quiet suburban neighborhood. Guests who value being close to downtown, Depot Park, and UF usually love the location. We simply ask that you be respectful of our neighbors, many of whom have lived here for generations.
