The space Attention to detail is present in every corner of the apartment. Divided into two areas, the heart of the apartment houses the bright living room with kitchen, the perfect place to socialize and share special moments. Sideways arranged rooms offer a variety of options for rest and creativity. The lofts connected to the rooms are versatile spaces, perfect for quiet reading, work or peaceful sleep on comfortable sofa beds. Each apartment wing offers four beds and a full bathroom, equipped with a bathtub/shower, toilet and bidet. On the ground floor, you will find a private garden furnished with sofas and armchairs, an outdoor retreat with a view to the sky. Check-in: The keys are in a safe box outside the apartment. It is very important that guests contact us to provide the information requested by the office and to be able to receive the code and instructions. Guest access Contact the agency before arrival to receive all useful information. Please do so by 6 pm, the office closes at 7 pm after this time it will no longer be possible to send the access information. All guests are required to pay a tourist tax. According to Italian law, before check-in, each guest will be asked to provide a personal identity document. To speed up the check-in process, we kindly ask all guests to fill out the online check-in form that is sent by email together with the booking confirmation. In this property, waste separation is mandatory. Recycling laws are strict in Italy. Other things to note My staff and I will be available for the whole stay, my office is a step away from the apartment.
