Other things to note In order to make Porto more attractive, the municipal tourism tax has been implemented. The fee of €3.00 included in the price of the stay applies to guests over 13 years old. It is charged per person and per night, up to a maximum of 7 consecutive nights (conditions subject to change by local legislation at the time of booking and/or check-in). There is a zero-tolerance policy for smoking on the property. If our team discovers evidence that this rule has been violated (e.g., smell of smoke, ashes, cigarette butts, etc.), a minimum fee of €200 will be charged for smoking. If you wish for a late check-out, please contact our team to check availability. After the check-out time without authorization, a fee of €200 per hour will be charged. If you lose the key, a cost will be charged (upon consultation). If you leave the keys inside the apartment and need our team’s intervention to open the door, a cost of €40 will be charged after 7 PM. If the key is forgotten in the door lock (technical intervention required) – fee upon consultation. For reservations of 28 nights or more, we have a limit on water, electricity, and the internet/television package of €190. If this amount is exceeded, the guest will pay the additional costs. The tenant agrees, whenever requested by the host, to allow entry of a representative for property inspections, with monthly visits planned for this purpose.
