Beautiful, spacious, regional-style house with full amenities right in the valley of the Vosges. Ideally situated to take advantage of the mountain lakes, walks and cycling opportunities in summer. Just 15 minutes from the Ballon d'Alsace and 3 minutes from the Voie Verte. And perfect located to enjoy wintersports in winter: nearest ski slopes just 20 minutes away (Ventron, Rouge Gazon) with La Bresse- Honneck 25 minutes. House boasts large garden and ping-pong table. The space The house is a very spacious house, built in typical chalet style with lots of exposed beams and wood, and dining room cabinets to match. It also has the typical wood blinds outside of every window, that are so charming, and keep the house cool in the summer and nice & cosy in the winter. While's it's built in authentic style, it still has all the modern amenities such as central heating, wifi, washer & dryer and dishwasher so you don't have to sacrifice comfort. The house has a fireplace that you can enjoy in the evening upon returning from a brisk walk or from skiing. In the basement, there's plenty of wood stored to keep the fireplace going every evening. Next to this, if you're bored, you can try your ping pong skills on the ping pong table, or enjoy a round of darts or fussball. The house is surrounded by a large garden (front & back) that gives a lot of privacy and the opportunity to relax in peace and enjoy meals outside. Guest access The full house is available during you stay. The house has 3 levels: a basement with washer, dryer, wood storage and ping pong table and garage space. If desired, you can place your car in the garage during winter to keep it warm. The ground floor has front porch which is perfect to have breakfast on during summer, or simply to lounge in the hammock. Next to this, the ground floor holds the hallway, kitchen, living room & dining area, 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The second floor as 2 additional bedrooms, a mezzanine with a double sofabed, a toilet with washbasin, and an attic. The house is surrounded by a large garden in which you can enjoy beautiful views, have a BBQ, play badmitton or simply relax and read a book. Other things to note The village has a bakery, just 2 minutes by car from the house, that's open from 8 am till 8pm, and makes wonderful croissants, baguettes, sandwiches and all kinds of sweet desserts. The village also has a butcher. 2 good-sized supermarkets are just 10 minutes away in the next town over of Le Thillot.
