Villa Thalia has been carefully designed to maximise the use of every space, providing comfort and privacy for various times of the day. It has a contemporary feel to it while retaining and respecting the local architecture, building techniques and materials. The space Villa Thalia is a 91m² house laid out over two levels. It can easily accommodate two to four guests. There is a sofa bed in the office space that can be transformed into a double bed, maximising occupancy to 6 guests. The house has two bedrooms on the upper floor. There is a double bed and two single beds that can be joined to make a double. All bedrooms feature a large wardrobe and a desk-like private space for reading, working, or for your personal belongings. There is a spacious bathroom with a large rain shower and high-quality fixtures. Finally, there is a WC on the ground floor that is easily accessible when utilising the garden and living space on the ground floor. On the ground floor, the living room has a large, comfortable built-in sofa so you can spend time by the fire. The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare food—from a simple breakfast to a 3-course dinner for six. On this level, there is a separate room that acts as an office space or an extra bedroom with a sofa that can be extended into a double bed. The external spaces face towards Pagasitikos Bay, enjoying south-west views. There are three seating areas, the main one of which is attached to the kitchen area. It has a large built-in sofa with comfortable pillows and a large wooden table under a pergola, which can fit six to eight people. The second area is a small grassy space where you can relax or play with the kids, and a Mexican hammock for those lazy mornings under the large mulberry tree. There is also an area at the entrance of the house protected by a pitched roof tiled with a local slate. There’s even a coffee table for your book and drink while you gaze at the view, so you really feel at home. Finally, there is a wonderful veranda in front of the house, great for breakfast or a glass of wine in the evening. From there, you’ll feel like you can reach out and touch the sea. The house has a huge list of movies to choose from, an ipod docking station and lots of playlists with music, a 32″ flat TV with cables provided to connect your devices, a fan heater operated by the fireplace, BBQ, board games, children’s toys, collection of books, beach umbrellas and seats, combination safe, dishwasher, washing machine. There is a Nespresso machine and we will provide the first 10 capsules for free. If you love your espresso bring some more on your own or get some more from us. A baby cot and high rise chair are available upon request as well safety gates for the stairs.
