The house provides free WIFI services. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishes, pots, pans, spices, cups, mugs, silverware, a coffee machine and blender, and a wine cooler with stocked wine!! The coffee machines offered include Mr. Coffee Coffee machine and Keurig; please bring your coffee and coffee pods. The garage has been converted to the ultimate game room, fully air-conditioned with a pool table, foosball table, chess table, TV, and Xbox One with two controllers. We want to provide you with some important information regarding utility usage during your rental period. Please be aware that while the rental fee covers the cost of your accommodation, utility expenses such as electricity, water, and gas are not included in the base rental price. These utilities will be charged separately based on your actual usage during your stay. This approach allows us to keep our rental rates competitive and fair for all guests. To ensure transparency and accuracy, we will provide a breakdown of the utility charges directly from the provider's website when settling your final bill. For all stays, a utility deposit will be required. The amount of the utility deposit is set at $2,000.00 for rentals spanning 28 days or more. This deposit must be submitted no later than 48 hours prior to your scheduled check-in date. Please note the following important details about the utility deposit: Usage-Based Deductions: The renter's utility deposit will be used to offset the actual utility usage during your stay. This calculation will exclude any base charges and is designed to accurately reflect the utilities consumed. Refund Process: We understand the importance of a prompt refund process. The discounted utility deposit will be refunded within 7 business days after your departure. This allows us to reconcile the actual utility usage and ensure you receive the appropriate reimbursement. For stays spanning 28 days or more that require pool heating, the previous fee of $100/day will be waived. Payment Method: The utility deposit should be transferred directly to the property owner through third-party platforms. Specific payment instructions will be provided upon booking confirmation.
