This seaside holiday home has 3 bedrooms and sleeps 7 guests comfortably: Property layout – Ground floor: - Bedroom 1: king ensuite with shower sleeping 2 (+ patio doors lead out to a paved area). - Bedroom 2: king ensuite with shower sleeping 2 - Bedroom 3: triple sleeping 3 - Family bathroom with shower cubicle, toilet, sink & a jacuzzi bath. - Utility room with washing machine & tumble dryer Property layout –First floor: - Open plan kitchen - Dining area - Large living room with Freeview Tv, Dvd player and fireplace. This is either taken over the phone by pre-authorising your credit card when you call the Property Manager to arrange your arrival time 48 hours in advance of arrival or at others it is taken on arrival. In some locations and at certain times of year this can increase to €500 per property. 3. Children restrictions:Open-tread stairs lead to the first floor therefore please note this holiday home is not suitable for children under the age of 2.
